Teran Kappi is „vin de garde“ of Cattunar winery. We are proud of its elegancy, roundness, velvety texture and bouquet which combines primary aromas (dark summer fruits) with nunces of leather, vanilla, and humidor. The color of Kappi in spite of its years, with its vibrancy and depth can compete with color of any young Teran, which just ads to its potential for aging.

Paring with food
The wine Kappi Teranis meant to be paired with broad classical cuisine, wether we are talking about anglo-french (beef Wellington) , french (boeuf bourgignon), istria-friulana (deer žgvacet) or venetian (risotto with amarone, in our case with Kappi). The hight of pairing Kappi with food make, of course, truffles. This wine, as we dare to say, is God-given for combining with white istrian truffle.
